Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all services provided by Explainer Video UK, trading under Voliciti Group Ventures Ltd, including HumanBots, next-generation conversational chatbots, and explainer video production.

1. Pricing

All quoted prices are in GBP (£) and include:

Full creative design and production
Branding with your logo, colours, and voice
12 months of hosting for chatbot and/or video services
Delivery via downloadable MP4s or embed-ready widgets/code

Pricing may vary depending on customisation and service tier.

2. Payment Terms
  • 50% deposit required upon invoice to begin the project
  • 100% upfront required for all card payments
  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or invoice payment
  • Balance is due within 3 days of delivery of code or final files
3. Invoicing

Late Payments

  • Proof of Identity & Sign-Off: We require written consent and proof of identity for all services involving the use of personal likeness, cloned voiceovers, or signature branding.
  • Misrepresentation Warning: Any attempt to impersonate another individual or brand without authorisation will result in service termination and may be reported to authorities.
  • No Deepfake Content: We do not produce deepfake content or misleading representations intended to deceive the public.
🧠 Explainer Videos, Scripts & Training Content

All content (scripts, video copy, chatbot responses, etc.) produced is tailored to each client based on the information they provide.

  • Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all materials (text, images, logos, brand names, video footage, product claims) you submit for use are either:
  • Owned by you
  • Licensed for use
  • Or cleared with appropriate permissions
  • Accuracy & Compliance: You must confirm that all product claims, service descriptions, and industry content meet local regulations and compliance standards relevant to your sector (e.g., healthcare, finance, legal, etc.).
📢 Third-Party Content

Explainer Video UK accepts no liability for copyright infringement, libel, or brand misrepresentation arising from content supplied by the client.

  • We do not verify the authenticity of client-submitted images, testimonials, or scripts.
  • All legal responsibility for usage permissions lies with the content owner.

HumanBots and Conversational Chatbots are trained using knowledge bases provided or approved by the client.

  • They are not substitutes for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Our HumanBots and Conversational Chatbots integrations are designed to operate within a secure, performance-optimised environment managed by Explainer Video UK. Explainer videos are produced and rendered and can be posted independently on any social media platform.

To maintain full functionality, security, and ongoing performance, our services are hosted on a proprietary back-office system that includes:

⚠️ Migration Restrictions

Migration to external servers or third-party platforms is not permitted because:

Our bots rely on custom-built backend services that cannot operate independently or outside our hosted infrastructure.

Attempting migration would disrupt:

  • Knowledge base connections
  • API integrations (e.g. video, calendars, analytics, automations)

All packages include 12 months of hosting from the date of delivery.

Annual Renewals

Renewals are available annually at a nominal rate, depending on your package type and geographical data usage.

Flexible Options

We offer the option to pause, upgrade, or consolidate multiple bots under one hosting plan as your needs evolve. We also offer a monthly subscription service.
